Note: Please refrain from mentioning your personal information (name, affiliation…) in your paper's PDF file.

·         The presenter's photo: Minimum: 350*470 pixels, Tiff/JPEG format

·         Prepare your paper's abstract in Ms Word according to guidelines. (Download guidelines)

Notes

*        The Corresponding author is responsible for sending the paper and all the relevant correspondence will be addressed to him.

*        Sent papers shouldn’t have been presented in other conferences.

*        The conference secretariat will not be obliged to accept any changes of the paper's presenter.

*        Free Conference pass will be issued ONLY for the accepted paper's presenter.

*        Final accepted papers will be printed in the conference proceedings.

*        Top papers will be appraised in the ending ceremony and printed in the Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Magazine.
